What it is
Dual Accento combines a 755 nm alexandrite laser and a 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser, both long-pulsed, in one device.
The 755 nm alexandrite is highly absorbed by melanin, so it is used for hair removal and pigmented lesions. The 1064 nm Nd:YAG penetrates deeper and stimulates the dermis without damaging the epidermis, for rejuvenation, mild laxity, fine wrinkles and vascular lesions, according to the manufacturer.
