Copper Bromide
Copper bromide: 578 nm yellow and 511 nm green light, together or separately.
What it is
Copper Bromide is a copper vapor laser that emits two wavelengths through one fiber: 511 nm green and 578 nm yellow. The practitioner can combine them or select one for each lesion.
The 578 nm light is absorbed by oxyhemoglobin, so it is used on abnormal blood vessels. The 511 nm light is absorbed by melanin and is used on pigmented lesions.
